Pre Build Basic Information

  1. 115V, 15 amp, AC. Grounded receptacle.

  2. 1/2" Cold Water supply

  3. Source for drainage

  4. Co2 tank, minimum size 20Lb.

  5. If using a cold plate system, the distance from the the cold plate outlet should be no more than 24 " to maintain cold product.

  6. Cold Plate system used for cooling the product and soda water, should not be used as the ice for customer dispensing. 

  7. Carbonator is sized by volume.

  8. 1/4" tubing can be used for; Gas lines, Syrup line to the cold plate and to the valves also soda lines on standard flow carbonators.

  9. 3/8" tubing is used for soda water on high flow carbonators. 

 

 

  1. Measure the length of 1/4" tubing needed from BIB system to cold plate fitting inlet. Allow for turns and curves. Multiply this number  by the number of valve be used. ____________

  2. Measure the length of 1/4" tubing needed from the carbonator to the inlet of the cold plate fittings inlet. ______If using a high flow carbonator use 3/8" times two.  ________

  3. Measure the length of 1/4" tubing needed from the Co2 tank to the Low Pressure regulator at the BIB site.________

  4. If installing single BIB pumps, you will need to measure the length form the low pressure regulator to each pump. _______

  5. Valves can be ordered with the length of syrup and soda lines attached. Please indicate length needed. Keep these length as short as possible for maximum cooling. (30" max)

  6. All fittings will be matched to the equipment you choose.
