Save on costly Ice bin Upgrades and replacements.

Keeps beverage cold plate and cooling ice separate from your serving Ice.  Fits over most cold plates without any modification. Easy cleaning, withstands up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Measures 14” Long X 10” wide, Made of Vivak, which meets FDA requirements for contact with food and beverages. Ice is placed in bin as normal, the ice falls through the top of the Safety cover allowing ice to fall onto the cold plate for cooling. Beverage serving Ice is removed with out coming in contact with the cold plate. Cubed ice should always be used on all cold plates to prevent bridging. The cover lets you see the ice melting so there is no question of the ice contact.

    Standard practices of cleaning the Ice Bin Nightly and never using Glass in any Ice bin, should be followed.  Safe, Clear, Clean and makes your Health Department inspector very happy.
